Hot water delivered to fixtures used by clients shall attain a hot water temperature of not less than 105 degrees F (40.5 degrees C) and not more than 120 degrees F (48.8 degrees C)

Supplies of perishable foods for a minimum of one week and fresh perishable foods for a minimum of two days shall be maintained on the premises.
Fire alarm & Carbon monoxide detectors

Inservice Training
Professional training or staff development where professionals are trained and discuss their work with others in their peer group.
Emergency Training / Drills
Used to rehearse emergency scenarios. These are designed to provide training, reduce confusion, and verify the adequacy of emergency response activities.
